The schedule for team photos to be taken on Sunday 1 June is attached. Photos will take place in the function rooms upstairs at the Lights.

Please ensure all players, coaches and team managers arrive at the Lights 10 minutes before your scheduled time. Players need to be dressed in their full playing uniform (including their shoes) and coaches and managers should be wearing their Club polo shirt.

As you can see the mid to late morning will be very busy and we ask you to be patient with any delays there may be. Teams should remain outside the room until your whole team has arrived and are ready for their photo.

As soon as you have your whole team ready please let one of our committee members or volunteers know so we can move you in for photos.

Teams will be taken in for photos out of their allocated order if they have a full team ready while others are waiting on members to arrive.
