We have been asked by a few people what can be done if a player cannot make it out to photo day and we have a couple of options.

1. If they can still make it out to the Lights at some time during the day they can still have their individual photo taken. Just let one of the people assisting on the day know that is why you are there and we will find you a spot to have the individual photo taken.

2. These players or any others missing the photo shoot can be added to the team photo as an insert (not photoshopped). The Sports in Focus insert policy is attached but basically:-
the player’s photo will be inserted outside of the main team photo (bottom left in the attached examples) the photo can be the individual one if taking up option 1 above (please ensure you make this clear to the photographers at the time) OR
the photo can be one you supply via the team manager. It must be greater than 1MB and a waist up shot taken with hands by their sides.

ALL requests for insert photos must be sent to customersupport@sportsinfocus.com.au within 5 days of the photo shoot.
