As North Adelaide Rockets, we are committed to continuing to improve the experience for our players and families, and part of that is listening to honest feedback from our community.

We are inviting families to complete our survey and encourage honest, constructive responses. We genuinely want to hear what is working well, and where we can improve. While we welcome all feedback, we ask that comments remain respectful. Our coaches and many people supporting the club are volunteers, so please focus on constructive feedback rather than personal criticism.

If your family has more than one child at the club, we understand experiences may differ between teams and age groups, so please complete a separate survey for each child. Other than that, we ask for one survey per child only, so we can accurately assess responses and identify common themes.

The survey is anonymous. However, if you would like someone from the club to follow up or discuss any feedback directly, please include your name, email address and phone number at the end of your response.
